Barbecued Baby Back Ribs: Marinated overnight in Sal’s special marinade. Slowly braised to fall off the bone with tangy barbecue sauce.

Pulled Pork Sliders: Shredded slow roasted pork piled onto fresh baked slider rolls drizzled with a BBQ sauce.

Creamy 4 Cheese Mac: A traditional southern favorite.

Sweet and Tangy Cole Slaw: House made with pineapple juice, mayo, white vinegar and sugar.

Red Bliss Potato Salad: Classic potato salad with red potatoes.

Buttery Cajun Shrimp and Grits: Cajun flavors come alive with shrimp, bacon, green onions served over cheesy grits.

Strawberry Spinach Salad: Baby spinach, sliced fresh strawberries, crumbled goat cheese and sliced almonds tossed with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Jalapeño Corn Bread: Fresh cornbread with a kick.
