Chicken Entrees

Cilantro Lime Chicken:  Chicken breast dry rubbed with herbs, lemon juice, lime juice, and olive oil grilled to perfection, cut in to bite sized pieces with and topped with tri-colored peppers and tossed in cilantro vinaigrette.

Mini Chicken Cordon Bleu: Tender breast of chicken stuffed with black forest ham and Gruyere cheese.  Lightly seasoned with panko bread crumbs and baked to perfection.

Chicken Satay - Grilled chicken skewers served with a sesame ginger dipping sauce.

Tequila Chicken - Marinated chicken breast tossed with tri-colored peppers, fresh cilantro, and a citrus vinaigrette.

Chicken Francese - Chicken breast egg battered, sautéed, and finished with white wine, fresh lemon juice, and butter.

Balsamic BBQ Chicken - Marinated breast of chicken seasoned and grilled to perfection. Topped with a balsamic barbecue sauce.

Chicken Picata - Chicken breast, egg battered and sautéed with white wine, lemon juice, capers, and butter.  

Chicken Marsala - Chicken breast, egg battered and sautéed with fresh mushrooms, whole butter, fresh garlic, and marsala wine.   

Chicken Parmesan - Pan fried chicken breast, egg battered, and breaded with Italian herbs and spices.  Layered with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese, and baked to perfection.

Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry - Fresh garden vegetables tossed with marinated and grilled chicken and stir fried with ginger and soy sauce.

Hoisin Glazed Chicken:  Hoisin marinated chicken breast and thighs, grilled and served with a pineapple Hoisin glaze.

"Firecracker" Fried Chicken: Gets you all the crunch and heat of the south in every bite.


BUFFET SETUP:

All buffets include delivery, setup of buffet with chafing dishes and heat sources, disposable plates, utensils and napkins, breakdown of buffet and cleanup of the buffet area.

Pricing does not include 18% service fee, which will be added to the total cost. Catering prices may vary depending on seasonal and availability and/or market price.
