Pricing Includes: complimentary disposable plates, disposable utensils, disposable napkins, silver chaffing dishes and buffet serving supplies. The client provides 6-foot tables for buffet service. Sal's New York Grill will provide, upon request, covers/linens (black) for 6-foot buffet tables. 

Mixed Field Green Salad: Mixed field greens tossed with grape tomatoes, sliced Hot House cucumber’s, crumbled Feta Cheese and assorted dressing on the side.

Halibut Cakes: Halibut prepared Olympia style, panko crusted, pan fried, and served with ripe tomato and dill relish.

Fresh Rolls w/Butter

Rosemary Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes: Yukon gold potatoes roasted with olive oil, fresh chunks of garlic, and fresh rosemary.

Grilled Asparagus

Steak Bites: Tri-tip steak marinated, grilled and served with a brandy peppercorn sauce.

Mini Chicken Cordon Bleu: Tender breast of chicken stuffed with black forest ham and Gruyere cheese.  Lightly seasoned with panko bread crumbs and baked to perfection.
