Crudités Cups: Fresh crisp veggies served in a clear cup with an avocado chipotle ranch dipping sauce.

Berries & Cheese Platter:  An assortment of domestic and imported cheese served with seasonal fresh berries and grapes.

Fried Mac N Cheese Bites: Mac ‘n’ cheese is a classic comfort food and making it into crunchy breadcrumb coated bites takes this classic dish to another level of deliciousness.

Italian Cocktail Meatballs with Herbs and Ricotta:  Ground pork and turkey meatballs with ricotta cheese, parsley, onions and pecorino cheese served in classic marinara sauce.

Stuffed Tomatoes: Vine ripened cherry tomatoes stuffed with a chilled crab & artichoke dip.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms: Large mushrooms stuffed with a delicious cream cheese, crab, and Ritz cracker stuffing . Additional 1.95 per person.

Alaska Crab Cakes: Sal’s fantastic crab cakes prepared with a homemade stuffing and pan fried to perfection. Additional 1.95 per person.

Halibut Olympia Cakes: Pan roasted halibut cakes prepared with a homemade stuffing and pan fried to perfection drizzled with a rich homemade white sauce, paprika, and a splash of lemon juice. Additional 3.95 per person.

Beef Ka-Bobs:  Marinated sirloin served on a skewer with fresh mushrooms, green peppers, and crisp onions

Beef Satay:  Marinated and grilled beef skewers served with a Thai peanut sauce

Chicken Satay:  Asian infused chicken skewers, garnished with sesame seeds, scallions, and peanut sauce.

Steak Bites: Marinated and grilled tri-tip smothered with a Brandy peppercorn cream. 

Roasted Asparagus Wrapped with Prosciutto:  Marinated and grilled fresh asparagus chilled and wrapped with thinly sliced prosciutto.

Shrimp Cocktail: Served with house made cocktail sauce. Additional 1.95 per person.

Cajun Shrimp Cocktail: Marinated in spicy cajun spices, cooked and served chilled with house-made ocra and roasted pepper aioli. Additional 1.95 per person.

Cantaloupe wrapped in Prosciutto: Fresh cantaloupe chilled and wrapped with thinly sliced prosciutto (based on cantaloupe availability).

Halibut Ceviche:  Fresh Alaskan halibut marinated with lemon and lime juice, fresh cilantro, ripe roma tomatoes, green onions, and Spanish olives.  Served with tortilla chips for dipping. Additional 1.95 per person.

Tomato Bruschetta: Diced roma tomatoes tossed with fresh roasted garlic, Fresh Basil and served with rosemary crustini’s.

Mini Cucumber Canapés: Filled with a savory Alaska wild salmon mousse.

Antipasti Platter: Imported and domestic cheese, salami, prosciutto, olives, roasted red peppers, breadsticks and focaccia toast points.

Halibut Cakes:  Halibut prepared Olympia style, panko crusted, pan fried, and served with ripe tomato and dill relish. Additional 3.95 per person.

Cucumber Canapés:  Cucumber crowns piped with roasted garlic hummus and topped with crumbled feta cheese and black olives.

Reindeers in a Blanket: Reindeer sausage rolled in homemade pizza dough and baked to a superior scrumptiousness. Served with jalapeño stoned ground mustard.

Ahi Tuna Poke: Asian-style tuna tartare recipe with soy sauce, fresh ginger, and sesame seeds. Served with homemade wontons. Additional 3.95 per person.

Smoked Salmon Mousse: Handcrafted smoked salmon mousse served with variety crackers Additional 1.95 per person.

Charcuterie Platter:  Smoked, dry-cured or cooked meat may include favorites like bacon, ham, pâté and sausages. Additional 1.95 per person.




All buffets include delivery, setup of buffet with chafing dishes and heat sources, disposable plates, utensils and napkins, breakdown of buffet and cleanup of the buffet area.
