• White Melamine Plate Upgrade - $2.95 pp

• Flatware Upgrade - $1.95 pp

• White Melamine Plate, Flatware, and Glassware (all 4 types) Upgrade - $6.50 pp (*includes delivery and cleaning)

• White Porcelain Plate, Flatware, and Glassware (all 4 types) Upgrade - $9.50 pp (*includes delivery and cleaning)

• Glassware Rentals - $32 (per box of 24)
Red Wine, White Wine, Champagne Flutes or Water/Pint Glasses (*includes delivery and cleaning)

• Hot Beverage Station - $3.95 per person

• Separate Appetizer or Bartending Service Times- We'll need to add a separate set up and start time for appetizers and/or bartending to begin at a different time than the buffet. Depending on location, there may be an extra delivery fee charged since we'll need to send out two crews.

• Bar Supplies (Beer & Wine) - Plastic Cups, Cocktail Napkins, Bottle Openers, etc - $75 (with glassware rental $50)

• Bar Supplies (Cocktails) - Plastic Cups, Cocktail Napkins, Bottle Openers, Straws, etc - $100 (with glassware rental $75)

• Cake cutting fee - $50 (includes staff to cut and disposable plates)

• Table and Seating Setup or Rearrangement - Cost Varies

• Servers/Bussers - $30/hr (5 hour min)

• Bartenders certified by the State of Alaska for Customer-Supplied Beer & Wine Service - $50/hr (5 hr min)

• Cocktail Service - We have partnered up with our friends at El Rodeo to handle full bar service for us. Call Godfrey at (907) 338-5393 and let him know you are working with us

• Carver - $30/hr (5 hour min)

• Chef on site - Cost Varies

• Passed Appetizers - Cost Varies

• Plated Meals - Cost Varies

• Individually Packaged Meals will incur a 20% upcharge for labor and supplies

• Other Rentals can be arranged if desired - Cost Varies

• Multi-Day Workshop Caterings Available Upon Request - Rates Vary
