Pricing includes:  complimentary disposable plates, utensils & napkins; set up, tear down, silver chaffing dishes with buffet and serving supplies.

Sal’s famous barbecued brisket: Brisket is marinated overnight, and braised to tender perfection.

Barbecued Baby Back Ribs: Marinated overnight in Sal’s special marinade. Slowly braised to fall off the bone with tangy barbecue sauce.

Balsamic BBQ Chicken: Marinated breast of chicken seasoned and grilled to perfection. Topped with a balsamic barbecue sauce.

Grilled Sweet Italian Sausage: Served with peppers and onions.

Traditional Coleslaw: House-made with pineapple juice, mayo, white vinegar and sugar.

Deli Style Macaroni Salad: New York deli style.

Red Bliss Potato Salad:  Classic potato salad with red potatoes.

Baked Beans: Sautéed with with bacon and caramelized onions.

Corn on the Cob:  Grilled to absolute perfection and served piping hot with real butter.

Jalapeno Cornbread:  Fresh cornbread with a kick.
