Pricing includes:  complimentary disposable plates, utensils & napkins; set up, tear down, silver chaffing dishes with buffet and serving supplies.

Arancini (Italian Rice Balls):  Delicious, crispy, deep fried balls of rice stuffed with mozzarella. Served with warm marinara.

Caprese Salad: Classic cold Italian salad. Fresh mozzarella served with roma tomatoes and fresh basil in an olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Eggplant Parmesan: Panko crusted eggplant, fried golden brown, and topped with fresh marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Baked to perfection.

Italian Platter: Tender savory meatballs, Italian sausage and brisole. Brisole is stuffed beef pinwheels cooked in “gravy” classic marinara sauce until it is “melt in your mouth tender.

Shrimp Scampi: Colossal shrimp sautéed with butter, white wine, and fresh lemon juice.

Sweet Italian Sausage: Served with peppers and onions.

Seasonal Sautéed Garden Vegetables: Chef’s choice fresh garden vegetable, based on seasonal availability and freshness. Vegetables sautéed with garlic, white wine, lemon juice, and butter.

Garlic Knots: Homemade pizza dough rolled and tossed in rosemary, garlic and parmesan cheese.

Zabaglione: A light marsala egg custard with sliced strawberries served in individual cups.
