What is included in setup?

For most caterings, we setup buffet style and that includes setup and take down of food trays and chafing dishes, disposable plates, disposable utensils, disposable napkins and buffet serving ware. Setup of tables and linens is not in our standard setup but may be upgraded.

Do you offer service of the food?

Yes. Our standard setup is buffet style (self serve) but we offer servers as an upgrade. This can be service at the buffet table, seated table service or hand passed butler style. Ask us about what options fit your event.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere within the Anchorage area at no extra cost. For deliveries to Eagle River/$100, Chugiak/$100,  Wasilla/$200, Girdwood/$200, etc. For deliveries further than 50 miles from Anchorage, please contact us directly for more info.

What if we have allergy restrictions?

Allergy restrictions, cultural needs, dietary specifications and more. Whatever your needs are when creating your menu, we can accommodate to taste and diet.

Is service fee/gratuity included in the package cost?

Gratuity is not included in the per person cost listed on the website, it will be included in your customized quote. Our service fee is inclusive of the gratuity. 

Do you offer customized menu items?

Yes, we enjoy working with you to create a menu just for you and your group. Our suggested menu items and theme menus are simply things we do well and people enjoy regularly.
