Southwestern Taco Salad:  Iceberg lettuce, black bean and corn salsa, ripe roma tomatoes, shredded cheese, avocado, and fresh cilantro tossed with a chipotle ranch dressing.

BUILD YOUR OWN TACO BAR: Soft shells, hard shells, and tortilla chips.
