Fresh crisp garden veggies served with a ranch dipping sauce.

Cheese & Salami Platter:
Assorted imported cheese accompanied by a variety of salami.

Fruit Platter:
Seasonal sliced fruit.

Mediterranean Platter:
Crowd favorite: classic Hummus accompanied by tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, and olives. Served with grilled pita wedges.

Olive Tapenade:
A variety of ripe and savory olives marinated and diced with garlic and olive oil and served on a rosemary toast point.

Artichoke Dip: 
Warm artichoke dip served with variety crackers/chips.

Chips and Salsa:
Made local chips served with homemade salsa.

BBQ Meatballs:
Cocktail meatballs smothered in a tangy BBQ sauce and garnished with chunks of pineapples.

Swedish Meatballs:
Perfectly seasoned meatballs served in a cream beef broth garnished with parsley.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs:
Cocktail sized meatballs tossed with a house made sweet and sour sauce.

Hoisin Glazed Meatballs:
Cocktail sized meatballs tossed with hoisin sauce.

Buffalo Wings:
The traditional wings tossed with Frank’s red hot and herbs served with house made blue cheese dressing.

Hoisin Wings:
The traditional wings tossed in hoisin sauce.

Pot Stickers:
Pork and chicken pot stickers.

Egg Rolls:
Mini cocktail style eggrolls served with Mea Ploy sauce.

Chicken Taquitos:
Corn tortillas stuffed with, shredded chicken, and Monterrey jack cheese.  Served with a salsa for dipping.

Fresh spinach, feta, Greek herbs and spices baked in a phyllo dough crust.

Potato stuffed pasta wedges served with sautéed onions and sour cream.

Garlic Knots:
Homemade pizza dough rolled and tossed in rosemary, garlic and parmesan cheese. Served with arrabiata sauce.

Fried Raviolis:
Served with a marinara dipping sauce.

Jacked up Tater Tots:
Potato tots smothered with crispy bacon and cheddar cheese.


All buffets include delivery, setup of buffet with chafing dishes and heat sources, disposable plates, utensils and napkins, breakdown of buffet and cleanup of the buffet area.


Pricing does not include 18% service fee, which will be added to the total cost. Catering prices may vary depending on seasonal and availability and/or market price.
