BBQ Brisket Sliders: BBQ brisket marinated in Sal’s special seasonings, seared, then smoked and braised to a tender perfection served on a sweet Hawaiian roll with coleslaw and pickles.

Hoisin Glazed Chicken Slider: Hoisin marinated chicken breast topped with a fresh cabbage and carrot slaw.

Caprese Sliders: Sliced Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, fresh basil, olive oil and balsamic dressing served on ciabatta rolls.
