All of our menus are customizable for smaller groups or dietary considerations.

We can adjust almost all of our menus to be delivered as a covid-safe buffet or individually packaged!

STARTERS - Choose 2 from these options:

Crab Cakes - Tender lump crab meat with scallions, bell pepper, breaded and pan fried til golden brown and crispy, paired with lemon aioli

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus - asparagus spears blanched to perfection, wrapped in prosciutto and finished with a dash of sea salt and lemon juice.

Salmon Lox Crudite - Cold smoked Alaskan salmon with herbed cream cheese, diced red onion, and lemon-dill sour cream on crostini.

Cucumber Shrimp Canapé - Sliced cucumber with herbed cream cheese, garlic seared shrimp, lemon ailoi and cracked black pepper.

Peppercorn Steak Tips - Tri-tip steak seared to perfection tossed in a creamy peppercorn sauce served on crostini.

King Crab Cocktail - Tender pieces of Alaskan King Crab meat served with our spicy cocktail sauce and a lemon wedge.

Bruschetta Toast - Herbed crostini spread with fresh avocado, diced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, chopped basil and a balsamic drizzle.

Fried Ravioli - ravioli pasta stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, breaded and fried, served with marinara and peppercorn aioli dipping sauces.

Cheesey Garlic Knots - Mozzarella stuffed bread twists brushed with garlic oil and seasonings and served with our marinara.

Bruschetta Spinach Salad - Fresh spinach tossed with grape tomatoes, mozzarella, chopped basil and our balsamic dressing.

Garden Salad - Mixed greens with carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes and a selection of dressings.

Greek Salad - Chopped Romaine with feta cheese, pepperoni and salami, black olives, diced cucumber and bell peppers with our Greek dressing.

Classic Chopped Wedge - Chopped Romaine tossed with crispy bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, diced tomatoes and creamy bleu cheese dressing.

Holiday Chopped Wedge - Chopped Romaine tossed with crispy bacon, goat cheese, candied pecans, red grapes and ranch dressing.

CARVING STATION - CHOOSE 2 FROM THE FOLLOWING:

Roasted Turkey - A Holiday classic, brined and herb stuffed turkey roasted til tender and cooked through. Sliced by hand to order. Served with our signature peppercorn brown gravy.

Maple and Bourbon Glazed Ham - Spiral sliced ham studded with clove and oranges, glazed with a bourbon maple syrup and sliced to order.

Prime Rib - Herb seasoned prime cut beef, roasted to medium and sliced by hand to order. Served with Au Jus and creamy horseradish.

SIDE DISHES - CHOOSE 3 FROM THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:

Sausage and Sage Stuffing - Italian sausage and sage stuffing baked til golden brown and served with gravy.

Citrus Cranberry Sauce - Rich cranberry sauce made with diced apples and oranges.

Creamy Mashed Potatoes - Everyone's favorite... Yukon Gold potatoes mashed with cream, butter, and herbs. Served with gravy.

Baked Beans - Maple baked beans.

Macaroni and Cheese - Creamy baked macaroni and cheese topped with crispy bread crumb crust.

Bacon Brussel Sprouts - chopped brussel sprouts roasted and topped with crispy candied bacon.

Roasted Asparagus - Asparagus spears topped with Hollandaise sauce.

Sweet Potato Casserole - Whipped cinnamon sweet potatoes baked with a toasted marshmallow topping.

Glazed Carrots - Sliced carrots baked with a honey and mint glaze til tender.

Creamed Spinach - Spinach baked in a zesty citrus cream sauce.

Garlic Butter Potatoes Au Gratin - sliced Yukon gold potatoes, basted in garlic butter, baked til golden. Served with creamy sauce.

Roasted Root Vegetables - Carrots, brussel sprouts, and fingerling potatoes roasted in an herbed butter.

Mushroom Risotto - Creamy risotto studded with herbs, mushrooms and parmesan cheese.

Pricing does not include 20% service fee, which will be added to the total cost. Catering prices may vary depending on seasonal and availability and/or market price.

BUFFET SETUP:
All buffets include delivery, setup of buffet with chafing dishes and heat sources, disposable plates, utensils and napkins, breakdown of buffet and cleanup of the buffet area.
