Appetizer / Mediterranean Platter: Crowd favorite: Classic Hummus accompanied by tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, and olives.
Served with grilled pita wedges
Mixed Field Green Salad: Mixed field greens tossed with grape tomatoes, sliced Hot House cucumber’s, crumbled Feta Cheese and assorted dressing on the side
Halibut Cakes: halibut prepared Olympia style, panko crusted, pan fried, and served with ripe tomato and dill relish.
Fresh Rolls w/Butter
Rosemary Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes: Yukon gold potatoes roasted with olive oil, fresh chunks of garlic, and fresh rosemary
Steak Bites: Tri-tip steak marinated, grilled and served with a brandy peppercorn sauce
Mini Chicken Cordon Bleu: Tender breast of chicken stuffed with black forest ham and Gruyere cheese. Lightly seasoned with panko bread crumbs and baked to perfection.
