Muffuletta Sandwich: Sliced Genoa Salami, Prosciutto and Pepperoni, topped with roasted peppers, Olive Tapenade, sliced tomatoes, romaine lettuce and oil and vinegar served on rustic Italian bread.

Beef & White Cheddar Sandwich: Thinly sliced roast beef, spinach, aged white cheddar, herb mayo, Dijon horseradish sauce, and crispy onion.

Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich: Sliced turkey, swiss, bacon, ranch, lettuce & tomato.

Turkey Day Sandwich: Freshly roasted turkey, gravy, stuffing and cranberry sauce piled high on a roll with a touch of honey mustard.

Pulled Pork Sliders: Shredded slow roasted pork piled onto fresh baked slider rolls drizzled with a BBQ sauce.

BBQ Brisket Sliders: Marinated in Sal’s special seasonings, seared, then smoked and braised to a tender perfection served on a Sweet Hawaiian roll with coleslaw and pickles.

Crispy Chicken Sliders:  Topped with maple flavored bacon, Swiss cheese and ranch dressing.

Salmon Cake Sliders: Pan fried salmon cake topped with sliced cucumber, mango and pineapple salsa, Mae Ploy sauce and served on a Hawaiian roll. Additional $1.95 per person if added to the lunch/dinner special. 

Hoisin Glazed Chicken Sliders: Hoisin marinated chicken breast topped with a fresh cabbage and carrot slaw.

Sicilian Tuna Salad Slider: Sliced roma tomatoes over tuna salad served with pickles on a ciabatta roll.

Hamburger Sliders: Ground sirloin topped and stuffed with cheddar cheese and grilled to perfection with lettuce and tomatoes served on the side also with crumbled blue cheese and sriracha mayo.

Filet Mignon Hash Slider:  Bacon, fried onions, grilled filet mignon, and diced Yukon gold potatoes. Served with a sharp horseradish cheddar cheese.

Brie and Granny Smith Slider: Served on a ciabatta roll.
